About the position

As a Senior Product Owner at The Cigna Group, you will be a key member of the Provider Digital Product Team, responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance healthcare services for over 170 million people globally. This role involves understanding business and technology objectives, communicating product vision, and prioritizing requirements to achieve desired outcomes, particularly focusing on the Cigna for Health Care Providers portal.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
• Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Drive day-to-day tactical execution of product development.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of features and stories.
• Identify and resolve blockers to achieve product objectives.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics regularly.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to ensure clarity and prioritization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop optimal solution options.
• Share best practices with peer Product Owners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience managing software products.
• Experience working with Agile development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Experience in synthesizing research to understand customer needs.
