About the position

As a Product Owner Senior within PNC's Retail Lending Digital organization, you will play a crucial role in transforming the digital experience for PNC customers, particularly in the credit cards segment. This position involves owning the product vision, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring that the Scrum teams focus on delivering business value. You will be responsible for reimagining customer journeys by leveraging emerging technologies such as AI/ML, while also serving as the voice of the customer and a primary point of contact for the development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the vision and definition of the product.
  • Serves as the voice of the Customer.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
  • Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) to address client requirements.
  • Drives the creation and integrity of the product backlog.
  • Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures it is prioritized based on business value.
  • Ensures Scrum Master(s) and development team(s) focus on the right priorities during development.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s).
  • Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s).
  • Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager, specifically with business credit cards for the SMB segment.
  • Experience with digital consumer products for banking.
  • Strong design skills and analytical understanding of architecture & APIs.
