About the position

As a Senior Product Owner at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of business and technology, working with a dynamic and collaborative software development team. Your primary focus will be on building and launching capabilities for enterprise web-based systems within the Cybersecurity domain. Your ability to troubleshoot customer issues, design application features, document requirements, and conduct testing will be crucial to the success of the team and the projects you oversee. Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and define complex functional and technical requirements for web-based applications.
  • Manage customer relationships and backlog prioritization in an Agile environment.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance for web-based applications and APIs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior customers to intake feature requests and solicit requirements.
  • Track and report on the status of various projects and features.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot customer issues and design application features.
  • Document requirements and test new features to ensure they meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and defining complex functional and technical requirements for web-based applications.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, backlog prioritization, and Agile processes.
  • Experience performing testing and quality assurance for web-based applications and APIs.
  • Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), ATO processes, including NIST SP 800-53, and GRC tools, including eMASS, Archer, SNOW, or Xacta.
  • Experience with programming or scripting, including JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, C++, and SQL.
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Master's degree.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certification.
