About the position

The Digital Marketing Senior Analyst at Republic Services will support the strategy and execution of a world-class omni-channel customer experience. This role involves collaboration with various departments to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions that align technology capabilities with customer and internal needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce products and be comfortable in a dynamic, high-visibility role.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the interconnectivity of online and offline experiences to ensure a seamless customer experience across channels.
  • Shape the product roadmap to optimize user experience and customer lifecycle.
  • Leverage stakeholder inputs, VoC, product roadmap, and analytics to prioritize features for improving customer and employee experience.
  • Design and measure reporting to track objectives and key results of product development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects and engineers to deliver and iterate on the product roadmap.
  • Evaluate AppExchange products to address technology or data gaps.
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day relationships with third parties in partnership with Sales and IT.
  • Conduct updates and analysis for key performance indicators and dashboards, using information to make recommendations to drive results.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers for relevant input to develop and implement successful projects.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience working with digital marketing technologies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of product management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ERP, and digital and data platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze problems from various angles while examining specific aspects in detail.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a passion for data analysis and process documentation.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent project management skills and understanding of project management tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Solid functional and working knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Customer-first mindset with a good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
