As a Product Owner for Technical Services at PlayStation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global processes and platforms related to Technical (Repair) Services. This position is embedded within an agile team, where you will collaborate closely with product managers and business partners across various engineering teams to deliver high-quality features that enhance customer experience. Your primary focus will be on building and retaining brand loyalty by ensuring that the services provided meet the needs of our customers and align with the overall goals of the Consumer Experience (CX) team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, analyzing, designing, and launching new products while also improving existing ones. You will maintain a customer-centric approach, documenting requirements and business justifications to prioritize project opportunities effectively. Your ability to communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams will be essential, as you will act as an advisor during user acceptance testing and training phases. Utilizing data and analytics, you will validate strategies and success criteria, ensuring that all partners are informed about the current status of projects and that the backlog is prioritized with clarity. Building strong relationships with key partners within Consumer Experience and other internal teams, as well as external third parties, will be vital to your success. You will be expected to obtain key inputs from leadership and enterprise architecture teams, identifying solutions and interdependencies that will drive the success of Technical Services globally.
