About the position

The Product Owner role in Wealth Management/Data Analytics at Wipro involves defining business, financial, and operational requirements through collaboration with decision makers and end users. Responsibilities

• Define business, financial, and operations' requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners, and end users.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
• Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, and appropriate data sources, data mappings, interfaces, and process changes required to address capability gaps.
• Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues.
• Provide advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensuring essential procedures are followed and contributing to defining standards.
• Filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of overall experience and 3-6 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis.
• Experience in the wealth domain is good to have.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Well-versed in Agile methodologies, including User Story Mapping, Backlog Prioritization and Management, and Jira.
• Exposure to writing SQL queries for data analysis.
• Experience with data mapping and data migration projects is required.
• Exposure to No SQL databases is good to have.
• Familiarity with the Confluence tool is good to have.
