About the position

The Product Owner for Web & Mobile will lead the redesign, development, and launch of Edible's new web and mobile app platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic vision for the mobile app and web applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing technology and enhancing customer experience through a loyalty program.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the web and mobile app.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, and IT teams to align initiatives with company objectives.
  • Work with designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver features that enhance engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Integrate loyalty features into the web and mobile app platforms to drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead the transition of the mobile app and web to a new technology stack and content management system.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to prioritize features that optimize user experience.
  • Analyze sales and customer behavior data to inform product decisions and optimize performance metrics.
  • Lead A/B testing and data analysis to drive continuous improvement in the app experience.
  • Identify trends and new opportunities to enhance the web and mobile app.
  • Define and track key performance metrics for the web and mobile app, providing updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in mobile app & web development, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer industries.
  • Proven experience leading the redesign or launch of a mobile app & web platform.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app technologies and system integration.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical and marketing stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency to communicate effectively with development teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in customer loyalty program development.
