About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision of our products and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive product success.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and team members.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer feedback, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing, to ensure alignment on product objectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to facilitate effective teamwork.
• Create wireframes and user stories to articulate product requirements clearly.
• Monitor the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product concepts.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency in product management tools and techniques for effective backlog management.
• Experience with wireframing tools to visualize product features and user interactions.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results.
• Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with software development processes and practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience in PL/SQL and Unix.
• Telecom domain exposure is a must.
• Data assessment skills are mandatory.
