The Product Owner with Salesforce Certification will play a pivotal role in driving the product vision and strategy for our Salesforce-based solutions. This position is based in Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office or the first day onsite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with over eight years of progressive experience, including at least five years as an Agile Product Owner or in a similar role for a SaaS product. A Salesforce certification is mandatory, and familiarity with Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, is highly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap while balancing budget, timelines, and other constraints. You will develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall product strategy and business objectives. Your ability to gather valuable inputs and update plans accordingly will be crucial, as will your skills in writing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that include use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. As a user-focused individual, you will keep the customer at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that product design and interaction meet user needs. You will also be expected to measure product performance and value delivered to clients, adjusting product roadmaps and plans as necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication abilities are essential for coordinating with different teams to achieve our goals. Cross-cultural work experience is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
