About the position

The Product Owner will lead the prioritization and delivery of critical network capabilities, ensuring the product vision is realized through collaboration with other product owners and technology teams. This role requires acting as a subject matter expert for Multi-Rail Capabilities and utilizing agile methodologies to drive successful delivery. The Product Owner will also be responsible for building proposals for future product enhancements and creating business cases that outline the pros and cons of specific enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prioritization and delivery of critical network capabilities.
• Collaborate with other product owners and technology teams to realize the product vision.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Multi-Rail Capabilities.
• Utilize agile tools and techniques to drive successful delivery, including writing features and user stories.
• Lead team ceremonies such as refinement and planning.
• Support agile delivery practices to maximize value and promote continuous improvement.
• Partner with capability delivery, product, and technology teams to develop, integrate, test, and release capabilities across multiple applications.
• Build proposals for future product enhancements and create business cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership/Product Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a must.
• Experience in working with product and capability delivery teams on prioritization and defining requirements.
• Experience in delivering complex process and customer journey flows.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage, influence, negotiate, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate complexities and provide insights for prioritization decisions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies as a Product Owner.
• Understanding of international payments, currency exchange, and cross-border transaction regulations.
