As a Product Owner II, you will play a crucial role in coordinating product development and release planning, ensuring the successful delivery of both new and existing products. This position requires a strong focus on collaboration with agile development teams to create use cases, requirements, and estimations that align with company objectives. You will also be responsible for documenting release notes and managing analytics related to the customer journey through our products. In this role, you will spend a significant amount of time validating user experience (UX) mocks and early-stage simulations with clients, ensuring that the solutions developed meet market expectations. You will collaborate with other departments and the product manager to provide content for sales, user training, and documentation tools. Additionally, you will ensure that client documentation is updated and effective, including release notes and roadmaps. Launching new products will be a key responsibility, and you will work directly with clients to manage feedback, ensuring that the voice of the customer is integrated into each product. You will also study and report on product analytics and serve as a resource for onboarding new team members.
