About the position

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding, integration, and scaling of Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools within our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Adobe CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle, and Segment. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of product development, ensuring that our MarTech tools are effectively utilized to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Your expertise in data management will be crucial as you oversee data mapping, governance, schema creation, and customer data modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurately captured and utilized, facilitating seamless SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple priorities and tight timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and meet the highest standards of quality. In this role, you will leverage your experience in Agile software development processes, particularly Scrum, to guide the development team in delivering high-quality products. Your ability to translate technical terminology into business language will be vital in communicating effectively with both business partners and technology teams. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering executive presentations, showcasing your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A strong work ethic, a global mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, integrate, and scale MarTech tools effectively within the organization.
  • Manage the lifecycle of product development for Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Oversee data management processes including data mapping, governance, schema creation, and customer data modeling.
  • Facilitate SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to tight timelines.
  • Guide the development team using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Translate technical terminology for business partners and business requirements for technology teams.
  • Create and deliver executive presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in onboarding, integrating, and scaling MarTech tools.
  • In-depth experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle, and Segment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in data management, including data mapping, governance, schema creation, and customer data modeling.
  • Understanding of SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Agile software development processes, particularly Scrum; SAFe training and certification is a plus.
  • Ability to translate technical terminology to business partners and business requirements to technology partners.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering executive presentations with excellent communication skills.
