About the position

Kforce has a client seeking a Product Owner in Junio Beach, FL. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their goals, business processes, and project requirements. This position requires coordination with designers to translate these requirements into wireframes and visual designs, ensuring that the final product aligns with the stakeholders' vision. Additionally, the Product Owner will work closely with writers to deliver compelling content that enhances the user experience. The role involves participating in design and concept stakeholder reviews for approval, attending daily stand-ups, and engaging in story writing sessions. The Product Owner will also be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and will sign off on UI elements and the overall user experience as part of an agile development team. Participation in team demos and feedback/testing sessions is essential, as is involvement in project releases. The Product Owner will monitor key metrics, report on project successes, and identify areas for improvement, providing regular status updates and presentations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand goals, business processes, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience successfully delivering complex digital projects (Web, Mobile App, Push notification, and Email).
• Experienced in metric tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build interpersonal relationships with team members and cross-functional colleagues.
• Adept at handling difficult situations with flexibility and grace.
• Team player with a passion for growth and learning.
• Dedication to customer service and flexibility to meet project demands with enthusiasm.
• Able to multitask and maintain high performance under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Agile Product Owner certifications or UX certifications are a plus.
