About the position

The Product Owner at Koch Global Services will be responsible for developing and executing the cloud platform strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a next-generation cloud platform for customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision, focusing on driving adoption and improving customer experience while managing the product roadmap and backlog.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers to drive adoption and improve consumer experience.
• Develop the cloud platform strategy by embracing ambiguity and defining key initiatives.
• Own the product vision and identity of the team, marketing success stories internally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and user stories, prioritizing high-value initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Owner, BSA, or in a technical role leveraging AWS/Azure.
• Experience valuing or prioritizing strategic outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives while managing competing priorities.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies within IaaS platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Nice-to-haves

• Cloud Provider Certifications (AWS / Azure Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of AWS IAM and cloud identity management practices.
• Experience with software configuration and release/deployment (CI/CD) platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing peers and leaders.
• Experience with cost-optimization strategies across cloud platforms.
