As a Product Owner at Frontline Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Human Capital Management (HCM) portfolio. This position is hybrid, allowing you to work from one of our offices located in Wayne, PA; Austin, TX; or Naperville, IL. Frontline Education is a leader in providing school administration software specifically designed for K-12 districts, and we pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions that enhance the operational efficiency of educational institutions. Our mission is to empower educators and administrators through powerful data and analytics, ensuring that we meet the needs of our customers effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, which includes owning, creating, refining, and prioritizing business requirements. You will work collaboratively with multiple Scrum teams to estimate, groom, and plan for the highest priority features. Your participation in Sprint planning, daily Scrum stand-ups, and Sprint retrospectives will be crucial to the agile development process. You will also conduct customer validation sessions to ensure that the features we prioritize align with customer needs, partnering closely with the UX team to validate our solutions through research. Your responsibilities will extend to providing support and validation during the design and development phases, ensuring that all requirements, project statuses, and release notes are meticulously documented. Training and supporting internal stakeholders on existing and new features will also be part of your role. You will work collaboratively with Frontline product teams to support our overarching product vision and strategy, contributing to a culture that values teamwork and shared success. We are looking for someone who is passionate about solving customer problems, enjoys fast-paced work environments, and can make data-driven decisions while considering the broader operational impacts. You will need strong project management skills to coordinate complex projects and ensure timely and complete product releases.
