The Product Owner II plays a crucial role in coordinating product development and release planning, ensuring the successful delivery of both new and existing products. This position requires close collaboration with agile development teams to create use cases, requirements, and estimations that align with company objectives. The Product Owner is responsible for documenting release notes and managing analytics related to the customer journey through our products. A significant portion of the role involves validating user experience (UX) mocks and early-stage simulations with clients to ensure that solutions meet market expectations. In addition to working with development teams, the Product Owner collaborates with other departments and the product manager to provide necessary content for sales, user training, and documentation tools. They ensure that client documentation, including release notes and roadmaps, is updated and effective. The Product Owner also assists in launching new products, manages a client feedback tool to capture the voice of the customer, and studies product analytics to inform future developments. This role also serves as a resource for onboarding new team members, contributing to a collaborative and effective work environment.
