They will motivate and guide teams through complex projects, balancing legacy system maintenance with new development initiatives, and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects. Stakeholder management and communication are also key responsibilities, engaging with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure business goals are clear and achievable, especially within the constraints of legacy systems. The Product Owner will communicate the implications of technical debt to non-technical stakeholders and advocate for necessary investments in refactoring or re-engineering legacy components. Finally, the Product Owner will develop and implement a vision for modernizing legacy systems in a way that supports future business growth, including identifying opportunities for automation, cloud migration, and adoption of new technologies.
