About the position

The Product Owner at Combined Insurance will lead efforts to deliver customer solutions and business automation aimed at enhancing the experiences of policyholders, agents, brokers, and employers. This role is critical in driving technology transformation and building business capabilities to ensure competitive advantage and superior customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle, including visioning, research & data gathering, planning, execution, and measurement; accountable for the quality of work product and overall outcomes produced by the multidisciplinary squad throughout the lifecycle
• Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and squad backlog to drive speed-to-market and business impact
• Articulate opportunities and design target journeys and solutions, balancing multi-disciplinary inputs and competing stakeholder priorities with achieving business outcomes
• Monitor dependencies and risks, and actively work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate or resolve
• Provide needs clarity, support solutioning & release planning, and collaborate in providing quality assurance during build and test.

Requirements

• Experience in product management or ownership, particularly in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Ability to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
