About the position

The Product Owner will play a crucial role in the development and management of products within the banking industry. This position requires a strong understanding of user needs and the ability to translate those needs into actionable product requirements. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with prospective users and clients to anticipate their needs, ensuring that the product vision aligns with market demands and user expectations. This role involves defining a clear vision for the product and maintaining that vision throughout the product development lifecycle. In addition to defining the product vision, the Product Owner will be responsible for creating a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction of the product. This includes managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on evolving requirements, and ensuring that the development team is focused on delivering high-quality outcomes. The Product Owner will oversee all stages of product creation, from initial design through to development, and will monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage to ensure alignment with the overall vision. The role also involves regular communication with the product team and end-users to provide updates and status reports, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the process. Participation in Scrum meetings and product sprints is essential, as the Product Owner will work closely with the development team to facilitate agile practices and drive product success.
