About the position

The Product & Partner Marketing Manager at Sungage Financial is responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance awareness and adoption of new product enhancements while managing partnership relationships. This role is crucial for launching new products and collaborating with the Product team and the Director of Marketing. The manager will develop tools and resources to ensure successful product launches and maintain productive relationships with industry partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas for new product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to set quantitative goals for each launch.
  • Assist Product with soft-launch communication, testing, and audience feedback.
  • Develop marketing tactics for maximum awareness of new product launches using various channels.
  • Create and maintain system-generated communications.
  • Work with product and sales leadership to manage marketing launch strategies for SaaS integration and partnerships.
  • Lead efforts to gain and share target audience intelligence, including demographics and buying processes.
  • Ensure brand voice and look are present in all target-facing communications.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on product offerings.
  • Manage budgets supporting launch tactics and report on budget status to the Director of Marketing.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs for each product launch and report findings.
  • Assume supervisory responsibility as needed, providing guidance to the Specialist on relevant projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in product marketing.
  • B2B or B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for forming productive relationships.
  • Strong written skills and an eye for graphic design development.
  • Experience with sales-led product marketing growth strategies.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
  • Excellent ROI-tracking skills.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools like Slack, Jira, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Passion for the environment; previous solar or greentech experience a plus.
  • Experience with partner marketing tools like Crossbeam.
