Responsibilities

• Develop product plans by analyzing industry trends, historical sales data, and competitor offerings.
• Investigate new accessory concepts and build business cases, assessing risks, profitability, and customer interest.
• Create reports on market trends and competitor strategies to inform future product planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
• Organize meetings, maintain project logs, and provide general support for the Accessory Planning Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, market research, vehicle engineering, or related fields.
• Automotive accessory business experience with technical and mechanical expertise.
• Familiarity with vehicle and accessory lifecycles in a wholesale environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and segmentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of effective executive-level interactions.
• Proven organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, self-motivated attitude with a results-driven approach.
