Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for automotive parts products.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
  • Analyze competitive offerings to ensure our products meet and exceed industry standards.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and outstanding customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the automotive industry, specifically with light and heavy-duty vehicle parts.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and the specific requirements for light and heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Ability to conduct market research, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Skill in defining product strategy, setting a vision, and creating a roadmap that aligns with business goals.
  • Experience working with agile engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams to develop and execute product plans.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage partners, and drive product success in the market.
