The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy and roadmap for our Media & Workplace Business Unit, working closely with cross-functional teams including Go to Market, Innovation, Legal, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver and maintain innovative and market-leading solutions. This role requires a strong focus on customer-centric strategies to achieve category growth, increased market share, sales, and profitability. The candidate will collaborate with the Leadership Team to enhance and execute a global product vision/strategy based on deep customer & market intelligence, leading customer & business intelligence and analytics to identify and develop prioritized strategic initiatives, product differentiation, and value propositions that inform the overall go-to-market strategy for each category. The role also involves overseeing sales forecasts, leading pricing processes across each category, and engaging economic/forecasting services to understand macro-economic conditions and guide future revenue projections. The candidate will proactively identify growth/risk opportunities with customers and communicate findings to the sales team, project manage new product/offering launches, and ensure that all initiatives and programs have quantifiable objectives to measure results. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the product portfolio reflects market demand and customer needs by industry, ultimately driving the performance and profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and secure the development, performance, and profitability of an attractive portfolio reflecting market demand and customer needs by industry.
  • Develop customer-centric strategies to achieve category growth, increased market share, sales, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to enhance and execute a global product vision/strategy based on deep customer & market intelligence.
  • Lead customer & business intelligence and analytics to identify and develop prioritized strategic initiatives, product differentiation, and value propositions.
  • Work cross-functionally to turn customer and business intelligence into a go-to-market strategic approach.
  • Align with customers on key category initiatives and partner on strategic solutions that leverage organizational capabilities.
  • Develop key initiatives and programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results - KPIs that reflect customer behavior and intelligence.
  • Oversee sales forecast and lead pricing process across each category.
  • Engage economic/forecasting services to understand macro-economic conditions and guide future revenue projections.
  • Proactively identify growth/risk opportunities with customers and communicate findings to the sales team.
  • Project manage new product/offering launches working with both marketing and customer success colleagues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management or portfolio management in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
