About the position

The Product and Pricing Analyst position at US Foods, Inc. is a hybrid role that combines onsite and remote work. The analyst will work closely with various teams to manage national account proposals and ensure successful implementation of new programs.

Responsibilities

• Work within national accounts sales to understand customer needs and determine strategy.
• Collaborate with Category Management to assess cost competitiveness and product breadth.
• Interact with necessary resources to complete proposal requirements, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end process of creating, documenting, and submitting national account proposals.
• Participate in presenting proposals to senior management for approval.
• Coordinate the implementation of successful new programs, including stocking.
• Manage the agreement renewal process, tracking contract details and pricing.
• Audit national customer programs for accuracy and strategy implementation.
• Inform teams about failed bids and propose solutions to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed history of proposal analyses and ensure data availability for tracking and future options.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in economics, analytics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in report generation and analytics.
• Critical thinking skills.
