About the position

The Product & Pricing Data Analyst at INX International Ink Co. plays a crucial role in the Product Management team by collecting, organizing, modeling, and presenting key performance metrics for various product lines. This position involves collaboration across all functions of the organization to leverage data for business solutions, enhance production efficiency, and support decision-making processes. The analyst will work closely with senior leadership and is expected to have strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to improve production efficiency, product development, and marketing techniques.
• Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of data with great attention to detail.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and standardized dashboards for Product, Leadership, and Operations teams.
• Use predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences and revenue generation.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Present data using visualizations, reports, and presentations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Statistics.
• Up to 5 years' experience in data analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge and experience in organizing data effectively.
• SAP experience or other ERP systems like Oracle preferred.
• Expertise in dashboard software, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros and pivot tables.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
