The Business Integrity (BI) team at TikTok plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of our community by developing technologies and driving initiatives that mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce, ensuring advertiser quality on the platform. The Product Operations Manager role within the Integrity Solutions team in Product & Process Operations (PPO) is pivotal in supporting business growth objectives while optimizing the integrity of the platform and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for devising integrity solutions for monetization products and verticals, ensuring that TikTok ads are safe and appropriate while unlocking revenue opportunities. You will collaborate closely with TikTok Monetization Product (TTMP) teams to define the necessary integrity solution requirements, align with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the development of these solutions in a timely manner to support business objectives. Your responsibilities will include deriving business insights, managing input and feedback from various commercial partners, and transforming them into actionable product requirements through rigorous data analytics and prioritization. Ultimately, you will lead the operational readiness for a successful launch within assigned markets, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and effective. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving ad integrity-related issues, translating problems into feasible solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and quality while managing risk. You will also be tasked with developing and managing the integrity solution roadmap for your appointed ad product or vertical, defining and executing launch strategies, and writing clear business requirements to partner with technical teams for delivery. Your ability to prioritize impactful projects and anticipate growth will be crucial in supporting headcount capacity planning and ensuring appropriate integrity coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Devise integrity solutions for monetization products and verticals to ensure TikTok ads are safe and appropriate, and to support the business in unlocking revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely and build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, including TikTok Monetization Product, Ad policy, Integrity Product/platform teams, Data science, Integrity operations teams, Risk, Training, and Experience teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve ad integrity related issues in our products and processes; translate problems into tangible and feasible solutions to drive growth, efficiency, experience and to manage risk and quality.
  • Develop and manage the integrity solution roadmap for your appointed ad product or vertical.
  • Define and execute launch/go-to-market strategies.
  • Write clear business requirements and partner with technical/engineering teams to deliver them.
  • Prioritize business requirements to ensure you are working on the most impactful projects.
  • Anticipate growth and support headcount capacity planning and accurate forecasting for appropriate integrity coverage.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in complex coordination, program management, product management, product operations, large-scale commercial business risk control or technology/solution consultancy; experience supporting product launches in multiple markets is a plus; ideally, in ad integrity or risk control space.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; self-driven and organized; comfortable working in ambiguous yet fast-paced environments and passionate about building solutions that scale.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) proven at all levels of an organization; clear communicator of product and other decisions and their rationale.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management with strong influencing skills and proven ability to build trusted partnerships; capable of bridging technical and business to ensure alignment.
  • Deep interest in developing and growing business opportunities by solving customer problems and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize products and processes.
  • Highly data-sensitive with the ability to interpret data analysis; ownership of key business integrity metrics across efficiency, quality, risk, and experience.
  • Strong innovative spirit and fast learner; serious about delivering impact to the business.
