About the position

Join the eero Marketing team as a customer-obsessed Content Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy on Amazon.com and setting content standards. Your primary focus will be on developing content for various audiences, driving multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the Amazon in-market intake process, assigning tasks across the team based on briefs from requesters.
  • Act as the central point of communication, scheduling project kickoffs, facilitating meetings, and preparing agendas and status reports.
  • Collaborate with central teams and Amazon CX lead to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, developers, product leads, proofreaders, legal representatives, and marketing managers to ensure deliverables are met accurately and consistently.
  • Manage multiple content development programs of varying complexity by overseeing schedules, communications, risks, and planning.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making processes between teams and partners to drive program execution efficiently.
  • Monitor overall program status and provide visibility through regular reporting to internal teams and partners.
  • Contribute to documenting team decisions, outcomes, strategic plans for easy accessibility within the organization.
  • Serve as the primary contact for program initiatives within the team and collaborate with sales and marketing organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and implement them effectively.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to manage asset repositories efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Project/Program experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Asana
  • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales enablement background is advantageous
