About the position

The Product Project Manager role at Randstad involves overseeing product launches within a leading wealth management firm. This position is crucial for ensuring that technology and processes align with business objectives, facilitating the delivery of innovative solutions in the financial services sector. The manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategy development to implementation, while collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of specific product launch, from development and implementation to production, including understanding stakeholder needs, prioritizing potential solutions, and measuring success through key metrics.
• Ensure our technology ecosystem can support the strategic objectives and use cases identified by business and marketing partners.
• Evaluate existing technology, processes, and operating models to identify and capitalize on opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Provide the bridge between the business and/or marketing stakeholders and the platform and technology teams supporting those products, ensuring priorities are clearly aligned across all stakeholders.
• Knowledge of platform features, capabilities and enhancements to support business and marketing stakeholders, and identify opportunities for piloting and long-term adoption of both new and existing features.

Requirements
