About the position

The Product Promoter at MS International, Inc. is responsible for enhancing brand awareness of Q Quartz by conducting product knowledge seminars and engaging with customers, including builders, architects, and designers. This role involves maintaining promotional materials, training customer sales teams, and generating sales reports, all while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Promote MSI Quartz products by visiting builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers.
• Conduct product knowledge seminars at customer locations.
• Train customer sales force on MSI product lines.
• Maintain customer database and generate sales reports as needed.
• Attend trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars.
• Work with existing customers to retain and increase their business.
• Coordinate with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials.
• Increase brand awareness through strategic advertisement placement.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college work completed preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience in natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industries.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, personable, and organized personality.
• Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• 2 years of retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel, up to 50% of the time.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience using iPad, iPhone, or smartphones would be helpful.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
