About the position

Tuscan Dairy Farms is seeking a motivated Product Puller to join their team. This role involves performing various warehouse operations such as picking, pulling, and building orders, as well as palletizing products and staging materials for delivery. The position requires safe operation of material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling, and building orders in a warehouse environment.
• Palletize products and stage materials for outgoing delivery.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Safely operate various material handling equipment and machinery.
• Work at assigned stations or lines as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum six months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operator's certification required.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with lifting cases up to 6-8 cases high.
• Willingness to work in a wet environment and in temperatures maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
