As a Product Recovery Co-Worker at IKEA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are given a second chance while maintaining sustainability. Responsibilities

• Respond to identified damages to create advantages and minimize costs.
• Support operational efforts by verifying detected product damages.
• Safely operate machinery and tools associated with product recovery processes.
• Ensure safe and productive flow of goods in assigned recovery areas.
• Complete all recovery actions in accordance with IKEA Standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Contribute to a strong IKEA culture that embraces diversity.

Requirements

• Previous material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Skilled with hand tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for the length of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to be certified on counterbalance and reach truck.
