Responsibilities

  • Minimize internal damages and costs related to IKEA products.
  • Repackage and assemble products to give them a second chance.
  • Present IKEA products in the As-Is section with strong commercial expression and set attractive prices.
  • Support quality improvement efforts to enhance customer perception of IKEA products.
  • Consider sustainability impacts when recovering products.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that embraces diversity among co-workers and customers.

Requirements

  • Retail experience.
  • Knowledge of how to build quality IKEA furniture.
  • Understanding of waste management and sustainability principles.
  • Experience in a customer and commercial-oriented business.
