About the position

The Product Reporting Analyst II at Boston Scientific is responsible for generating ad hoc and recurring reports using Reliability and Quality Assurance data. This role involves ensuring data quality, compliance with business processes, and recommending improvements for efficiency. The analyst will work cross-functionally to support internal and external customers with accurate reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Writes and executes recurring and ad hoc queries to develop reports for internal and external customers.
• Validates report requests for accuracy and completeness before delivery.
• Performs data quality analysis and analyzes results to propose system or business process changes.
• Provides training and guidance to peers and other analysts according to established policies.
• Delivers departmental and cross-functional training regarding data and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of database entities and data access methodology.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer, and other business-specific applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Project management experience.
• Lean / continuous improvement toolkit usage.
• Post Market Quality Assurance experience.
