About the position

The Product Runner position at Suna Solutions is an entry-level, temporary role focused on supporting the daily operations of a leading ultra-luxury re-commerce brand. The role involves ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of products to customers in a retail environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. The position requires working on-site with a rotating weekend schedule, where Sundays are mandatory and Saturdays are optional.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Showroom in delivery products based on customer needs
• Partnering with Inventory and Procurement teams to quickly and efficiently move products between departments
• Ensuring items are scanned for location verification
• Decanting responsibilities when needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area within the department, including proper disposal of packaging material
• Supporting and welcoming customers into Flagship location as needed
• Assisting with delivering supplies as needed to support the operations of the respective departments
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Prior entry level retail or product handling experience
• Prior experience working in a customer-facing role preferred
• Ability to meet individual and department KPIs and Goals
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a production environment including standing 95% of the time
• Ability to successfully multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice

• Prior inventory experience product handling with luxury goods or single SKU inventory
