This pivotal role involves managing, penetrating, and expanding Siemens' presence at OEM power distribution accounts within the region, carrying a multi-million-dollar sales quota. The selected candidate will be responsible for fostering sales growth with direct accounts by establishing themselves as a trusted advisor to customer partners and developing relationships that span from C-Suite executives to shop floor technicians. In this role, the individual will be tasked with developing and maintaining robust relationships with both new and existing clients while identifying potential target customers. The responsibilities include presenting, promoting, and selling electrical components such as circuit breakers and control products to current and prospective customers. The candidate will also provide technical support and product knowledge to ensure customers understand the features and benefits of the products offered. Negotiating pricing and managing sales agreements to meet sales targets and business objectives will be a key part of the job. Collaboration with business development and other resources will be essential to address customer needs and feedback effectively.
