About the position

The Product Sales Support Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Product Sales Support department by managing customer demand signals, coordinating color development processes, and maintaining accurate databases. This position involves collaboration with internal and external customers, ensuring timely delivery of lab dip developments, and managing various administrative tasks to support the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Support management reports and communicate with internal/external customers.
  • Track key projects and maintain organization of the work room.
  • Submit lab dip requests to initiate the color development process.
  • Collaborate with Gilchem lab to ensure timely lab dip developments.
  • Maintain customer and internal databases for color developments.
  • Align with customer colorists on lab dip development and review open requests.
  • Maintain the color development library and lab dip books.
  • Review customer BOMs for change requests and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Manage item setup requests and track completion timelines.
  • Order and maintain sample inventory for customer requests.
  • Maintain fabric library and create fabric headers for customer review.
  • Complete spec and color comparisons for style/color propositions.
  • Prepare internal analysis files and customer-facing presentations.
  • Coordinate customer fit sessions and manage sample preparations.
  • Organize customer trim submissions and maintain department KPIs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain annual sales reports.
  • Manage and submit vendor invoices for approval and payment.
  • Assist with data entry in customer PLM systems as needed.
  • Set up Smartsheet templates for team data management needs.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to generate financial spreadsheets with links, macros, and formulas.
  • Experience in developing graphic presentations and documents as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Exceptional administrative and technical skills, including communication and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and calculations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and priority management skills.
  • Schedule flexibility and calmness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple managers and work in a team-based environment.
