About the position

The Product Security Product Manager will lead the Product Security and DevSecOps initiatives at Humana, ensuring the security and integrity of products throughout the development lifecycle. This role emphasizes a security-first culture and involves collaboration with various teams to integrate security best practices, track security metrics, and stay updated on emerging threats. The manager will also develop relationships with security vendors and present strategies to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for security tools and DevSecOps platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to integrate security best practices into development processes.
• Define and track key security metrics to measure the effectiveness of application security initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, incorporating them into the strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Develop and maintain relationships with key security vendors and partners.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations on security strategies and initiatives.
• Mentor product owners and foster a security-conscious culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience.
• Skilled background in Product Security.
• Experienced in DevSecOps/AppSec.
