About The Position
The Product & Services Analyst at OCLC is responsible for managing order processing and renewals for OCLC products and services, particularly within the Cataloging and Metadata and Interlibrary Loan lines of business. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order completion and billing, while also providing support and consultation to other divisions. The analyst will also create and maintain reports based on order and product data, contributing to the continuous improvement of services offered by OCLC.
