The Product Services & Management Analyst for EpicCare Ambulatory plays a crucial role in the analysis, verification, tracking, and recommendation of project, product, and solution implementations and maintenance. This position serves as a vital link between various agile teams and project teams, ensuring that product and solution plans are effectively delivered and that training materials are developed throughout the implementation process. The analyst is responsible for ensuring smooth operations post-implementation, which is essential for maintaining high standards of service delivery in a healthcare environment. In this role, the analyst will analyze and verify the development of implementation plans for system development and the implementation of products and solutions. This may involve various components of the project plan cycle, including discovery, design, conversion, testing, and agile delivery. The analyst will also serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure that project goals are met. Additionally, the analyst will participate in developing and delivering training programs for current and prospective users, educating practice, site, and corporate management on project operations and procedures. They will assist the implementation team in configuring HIPAA rules based on system policies and legal requirements, ensuring that all processes comply with applicable laws and contractual agreements. The analyst will perform solution audits, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with implementation teams to address user issues. Post-implementation, the analyst will conduct satisfaction surveys, advise management on results, and recommend actions to troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns. They will also consult with newly acquired facilities to design transition and implementation plans, operating under general guidance while making independent decisions on the course of action.
