The State of Minnesota is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Solution Analyst to join the Department of Human Services (DHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG). This position plays a critical role in transforming services and offerings through the delivery and support of products that enable the execution of OIG's mission and purpose. The OIG strives to deliver leading-edge background study, licensing, and program integrity services to promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and adults. The incumbent will support the design and execution of various product hubs, including the Provider Licensing Reporting Hub, Agency Licensing and Reporting Hub, and Program Integrity Hub, with a focus on empathy and customer/user centricity to maximize value outcomes for users. In this role, the Product Solution Analyst will be responsible for testing product releases against user story acceptance criteria, identifying bugs and usability issues, and performing regression testing. They will communicate defects to the applicable cross-functional product team for resolution. Additionally, the analyst will enable user success and maximize value for all internal and external users of OIG Enterprise products through comprehensive and empathetic issue resolution. Continuous evaluation and reporting of user satisfaction, metrics, and feedback to the product manager will also be a key responsibility. The position requires maintaining product and user enablement features such as knowledge articles, translations, communications, and templates.
