About the position

The Product Sourcing Manager for Home Accessories will play a crucial role in sourcing and developing products that align with the company's vision. This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the sourcing and production processes meet business needs and achieve optimal profit margins.

Responsibilities

• Shop the market to find white space.
• Work closely with the overseas team.
• Collaborate with the merchant and product development team to ensure the vision of the product is achieved during the sourcing and production process.
• Analyze business needs and develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Negotiate costs and deliverables with sourcing partners to ensure the best profit margin for the products is achieved.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing in home accessories.
• 2+ years of experience in the licensing business.
• Strong sourcing, manufacturing, negotiating, and costing experience.
• Up to date on the latest trends and strategies in sourcing and production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
