About the position

The Named Account Product Specialist at Autodesk is a strategic role focused on enhancing customer success through the effective use of Autodesk's Water solutions. This position involves collaborating with various teams to build long-term relationships with key accounts, addressing customer challenges, and driving revenue growth. The specialist will engage with Named Account Sales Executives and other stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met while achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish unique customer value by developing important business relationships.
  • Align with executive-led plans and translate customer challenges into value.
  • Position Autodesk's Water solutions as a trusted advisor and displace embedded competitors.
  • Participate in the development of customer-specific enterprise-level strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining multi-year business plans and communicate at all levels internally and with customers, including C-level executives.
  • Assist the Named Accounts team in achieving high-growth revenue and usage targets.
  • Help create value-focused proposals and grow a multi-year sales pipeline.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and assist in the negotiation of enterprise contracts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying software sales or customer success experience.
  • Platform sales experience with large enterprises and global accounts.
  • History of navigating complex contract negotiations.
  • Understanding of the AEC ecosystem and platform (PaaS) sales.
