Responsibilities

• Learn the app's features including order management and product lookup.
• Handle the intake of orders from customers.
• Source products from appropriate vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers via phone and email.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Excel.
