Responsibilities

• Interface and collaborate with internal and external customers, brokers, and vendors to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Provide consultative selling services on product categories with Customer Development Specialists and customers as requested.
• Analyze relevant reports to understand key performance indicators and category impact for effective decision-making.
• Develop action plans to achieve category goals for the assigned Market, Region, or Division.
• Create and utilize training modules for sales product training execution.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and forecasts to identify segments and account targets.
• Develop relationships with key customers to provide product expertise and marketing trends.
• Participate in food shows and related activities, presenting product information in support of strategic plans.
• Attend and contribute to meetings and activities as requested to support identified needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in food service.
• Background in sales or marketing.
• Experience in produce product food sales is preferred.
• Collaborative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid, unrestricted state driver's license and safe driving record.
