The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization plays a critical role in providing business insights through analysis and financial modeling, ensuring alignment of goals across functions, and driving strategic initiatives forward. The team focuses on aligning high-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, evolving early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for planning revenue targets for international advertising businesses, calculating detailed financial indicators such as revenue and cost for overall projects, and assessing related ROI. You will develop a strong understanding of market size, major competitors, and advertising strategies across various monetization products, including shop ads and search ads. Additionally, you will assist the business team in conducting internal operational analysis, identifying problem areas, and coordinating with relevant departments to build effective solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for digital advertising and social media monetization.
