About the position

The Product Strategy & Go-To-Market Manager at Visa plays a pivotal role in driving the North American Money Movement Solutions business. This position involves developing and executing strategic plans to enhance Visa Direct's cross-border growth, collaborating with sales teams, and crafting compelling narratives that align Visa's solutions with client needs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong analytical and storytelling skills, capable of navigating ambiguity and scaling business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop GTM strategy including opportunity sizing, market and competitive analysis, value propositions and segment growth recommendations.
  • Leverage commercial experience to deliver tailored product positioning and messaging that resonate with priority client segments.
  • Drive strategic initiatives designed to propel cross-border growth.
  • Continuously review the NA payment landscape and recommend new approaches to growing Visa's money movement business.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all Visa money movement products and services.
  • Lead development and execution success of pitches to senior client executives.
  • Lead the development and design of high-impact pitch decks and presentations for key clients.
  • Understand the business needs and objectives of key clients to tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to shape impactful business development assets.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of client engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Financial payment industry experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles or go-to-market, commercialization, marketing, communications, business development or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Critical thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Expert level PowerPoint and advanced level Excel skills.
