About the position

The Product Strategy Manager/Business Portfolio Manager at Cooler Master is responsible for driving system integration and B2B business growth. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, expanding the customer base, and developing effective channel strategies while collaborating closely with the Strategic Product Management team to support product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, market research, and channel management within the relevant sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets, customers, and channels to drive business growth in system integration and B2B sectors.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their business needs to promote relevant solutions.
  • Determine the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility.
  • Gather customer/channel feedback and translate it into new product requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Drive channel expansion strategies to increase market reach and revenue potential.
  • Formulate and execute channel strategies based on the product portfolio.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain effective distribution and sales channels.
  • Evaluate pricing processes and establish systems to influence profitability.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and customer demands.
  • Provide insights from market research to assist the PM & R D team in product development and positioning.
  • Ensure close interaction with design, manufacturing, quality, test, finance, marketing, and distribution on customer product delivery.

Requirements

  • Product Portfolio Management experience including product road-map and product life-cycle management.
  • Experience managing multiple product lines or a portfolio of related products.
  • Experience in PC systems, components, server, workstation, consumer electronics, or system integration.
  • Proven business acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data, conduct field research, and recognize trends.
  • Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams.
