We are searching for a Product, Strategy & Marketing Manager for our Phenotypic & Translational Services to work in St. Louis, MO or Burlingame, CA. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the drug discovery industry, small molecule and biologics research, and current trends in target-based and phenotypic screening throughout the drug discovery and development pipeline. This position will lead the product line strategy, provide market leadership in the development of commercialized products, and manage portfolio lifecycle, revenue, marketing, pricing, and sales support objectives. The role requires strong technical knowledge and experience with product management of translational phenotypic services used in drug discovery. Responsibilities include recommending and establishing activities related to service innovation, analyzing market trends, performing complex value chain analysis, and evaluating potential business opportunities. The candidate will also maintain and develop key contacts with industry leaders and represent EPDS services at external events. The position demands a results-oriented individual who can track progress against KPIs and create and maintain consistent global best practices. Additionally, the candidate will assist in long-term planning and product diversification, manage product lifecycle, develop and execute global marketing campaign strategies, and maintain close interaction with sales organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in translational medicine, immunology, safety pharmacology, and experience in the drug discovery market.
