You will be responsible for improving content quality and creator satisfaction, ensuring that creators feel supported and valued. In this role, you will design and execute product strategies and features that enhance the creator monetization experience. You will coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve project goals and ensure that the content ecosystem is thriving. Your responsibilities will include discovering content issues, defining and monitoring them, and integrating user feedback and market analysis into product requirements. This will help enhance creator satisfaction and contribute to the overall development of the content ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of content consumers and creators, as well as a good data sense to navigate complex situations.
