About the position

The Product Success Manager at BlueHalo is responsible for enhancing customer engagement and adoption of counter drone technologies. This role involves solving complex customer problems in mission-critical situations, particularly for elite Special Operations teams and critical infrastructure. The manager will leverage technical and sales expertise to drive customer success and ensure superior service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication, coordination, and execution of critical customer support, training, and customer-requested evaluations to deliver superior service.
  • Actively market the BlueHalo Brand, establish customer requirements, set clear expectations, and shape opportunities by creating sales proposals, executing product demonstrations, and networking at conferences.
  • Proactive coordination, execution, and reporting on logistics for business development events and customer purchases.
  • Become an expert on counter drone technologies, competitors, and the evolving threat to help our customers stay ahead of adversaries.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs on short notice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a self-starter who developed and executed against a territory sales plan by exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
  • Passion for building, refining, and scaling a world-class customer success and training function.
  • Direct field experience in working with large Defense, Aerospace, Military, or State & Local customers within the Public Sector.
  • Experience leading competitive assessments and determining the strengths and weaknesses of your company's technologies over competitors.
  • Leadership skills to develop, organize, and execute business development activities, including assessment of win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions.
  • Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish collaborative relationships with engineering teams and peers.
  • You must be a US citizen to qualify for this role.

Nice-to-haves

  • 8+ years of business development, team leadership, and training experience.
  • An active Top Secret level security clearance.
  • Prior experience working with RF systems: radar, electronic warfare, communications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
